On the day when the head scout and his assistants of our school are going to choose another generation of the new scout team, The Battlefly Band will be onstage to celebrate!!!!
However, it's not confirmed yet, so wish we'll get the chance to perform ^^
And GOOD NEWS!!!! There will be 2 new members to our band!!! Welcome the music geek, Daniel Lim and new guitarist, Luke Koh! There will be a new team and hope it'll be better!
Daniel will be the new drummer and Luke Koh will be guitar-ing with Raymond Lee!

Lindungi Keselamatan Anak Anda (Protect Your Children Safety) - Poster Competition

*This little girl with curly brownish hair is a new character i designed for this competition, who is the major role!!!!!!!! She held a heart in her hands pictured her mum and dad's greatest love*

*Sorry for the vocals that day, the school's sound system is bad bad BAD; well, there's Kelvin and Kenny singing in a duet 'When I Look At You', the remix for the song is by Kelvin. Raymond as the guitarist and Philip (sorry he's not in the video 'cause the piano is down the stage! ) as the pianist; last but not least, Eddie as our drummer.

Rehearsal for Teacher's Day
Sorry didn't get a video for you all... because just now's a MESS.
The teacher keep yelling and we're panicked, because of the M*l*ys in the room which included drums, guitars... We're quarreling for it... they play their song like an opera while we're having our rehearsal, is this WAY RUDE or are they just showing OFF?!?
And while we're singing, they are standing beside us in this crowded room, chatting, laughing. WE ARE HAVING REHEARSAL, MAN!
However, we got to perform and going to have the next practice tomorrow...
Lastly, I apologize for the video! If can, I'll record it tomorrow's practice and have some comments from you!

The Cancellation of Talentime 2010
It's been a hard year for us this year... but we're luckier than the other bands in the school, because we get the chance to perform on teacher's day, that is SO LUCKY! However, we only practice about 4 times... and that's not enough... hope it'll turned out good! YES! GOGO BATTLEFLY!!!
And NOW, *gulp* the Talentime's been canceled. We don't know what to say this year... Talentime is a competition where a performer can perform his/her talent with the other talents out there. However, our chance is lost because lack of time and cooperation from the members of the school's music club. Actually, we're planning to sing 'Why It Has To Be Unfair', which is written by Kelvin Tan. It is a Country Rock song which we planned to sing on Talentime 2010. Too bad, we gotta wait until next year...
SO, let us just pray Monday will be a sunny, windy, a great day for a Battlefly performance!

The Show Is On!
YES!!! The show is ON!!! Our (The Battlefly Band) first show on Teacher's Day!!! held by our school in the school hall and the date is on... NEXT MONDAY!!! that is 17 May!!! SO EXCITING!!! hope it'll be a breath-taking performance!
Well, on that day, I'll be singing 'When I Look At You', a powerful ballad by Miley Cyrus and 'Thank You For The Music' REMIX by us and the song by ABBA for the teachers! So how's the song sounded? Can't wait? or maybe it's a bad song list...?
We're still training the song, hope we'll make it on monday!
